This tutorial was written using psp 9, but should work using any version.

It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of PSP and its tools.

Supplies:

A mask and font of choice.

~I used Eye candy 3 in this tut

~Tube of choice,I am using art byKeith Garvey

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image about 400X500.Transparent.

2.Fill the background layer with black.Add a new raster layer and fill with a color of choice or paper of choice.

3.Next go to layers,new mask layer and load the mask you have chosen to use.

4.Merge group layer.And add an inner bevel

5.Paste your tube of choice,as a new layer, resize and position as desired.Add a drop shadow or grad glow of choice.Drag it below the group layer.

6.With your selection tool,Draw a rectangle to match the first pink one at the top.Paste your tube again, position and then go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.Repeat this with the other two pink boxes.

7.Add your appropriate ©and watermark now so ya dont forget.I have to do it early or I forget...lol I'm gettin old.

8.Add the bow of choice,I resized it by 35%.And added a drop shadow.Paste the make up elements and resize them till you are happy with them.Dont forget the drop shadow to make them stand out.

9.Open the precious,sweet and beautiful word art.Paste each as a new layer,On the pink ones I sharpened them one time,and added a drop shadow to all three.If it helps, rename them in the layer pallette, it seems to help me.

10.When happy with the way they are positioned,hide the bottom two,Copy merged,paste in animation shop as a new image.

11.Go back to psp and hide the first word art layer,unhide the middle one and again copy merged and paste in animation shop after current layer. 12. Back in psp,Hide the middle word art layer, and copy merged.Paste in animation shop after current layer.

13. Go to edit select all,then animation and change animation properties to 60 or a speed that you are happy with.

14.View animation and if you are happpy with it save it.
