This tutorial was written using psp 9, but should work using any version. It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of PSP and its tools.

Supplies :

you will need a font,a round Mask and and some word art

I am using Tubes by Elias Chatzoudis.

You can purchase his tubes from MPT

Ok......Ready?

1. Open supplies in psp Minimize them for now.Open a new canvas 400X400~ White.

2.Add a new layer and Flood Fill it with a color of choice.

3.Go to layers.Load mask from image.Find the mask, from the dropdown box.Merge group and add a drop shadow of choice.

4.Paste the word art onto the image as a new layer.Resize and position.

5.Paste your tube,Resize and position as desired.

Sharpen x1 and add a drop shadow.

6.Add elements of your choice from a Scrap kit of your choice.

7.Add your ©and watermark at this time.

8.Make the word art the active layer and duplicate it 4 times.

9. Leave the original word art layer alone.On the duplicate layers you are gonna rotate all of them to the right.The first by 10 degrees.The second by 20 third by 30 and the forth by 40.

10.Hide all the word art layers,except the original one.Copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation.

11.Back in psp,Hide the original word art layer and unhide the first duplicate layer.Copy merged.Paste in animation shop After current layer.

12.Continue the above step until all your layers have been pasted into animation shop,You will have 5 layers.

13.In animation shop go to edit and select all.

14.Go to Animation,Frame properties and change the speed to 15.

15.View animation And save.
