It is written useing psp9 but should work in any other version.

You will need the mask I have provided here

Or one of your choice.

You will need a tube of choice.I am using Jamie Kidd.

You must ave a liscence to use her tubes.

Called Love and Passion.

Ok Ready?

1.Open the mask in psp and minimize it.

Open a paper of choice shift d to duplicate and close the original.

Copy

2.Open a new image 500 pixels by 500 pixels.

3.Paste the paper as a new layer.

4.Load the mask and merge group.

5.Open the frame(Element 51)Resize it to 500 pixels tall and then resize it again this time by 85%.Copy and paste it as a new layer.Position it and add a drop shadow of choice.

6.Paste your tube as a new layer below your tube layer.Position her and grab your selection tool.Draw a slection around her face and make sure to get all her hair.

7.Promote the selection to layer and select none.Move the promoted layer above the frame layer

and on the tube layer add your shadow.

Now you will need to take your eraser tool

to the originak tube layer.Carefully erase the part of the tube below the frame.

8.Open element 56 shift d to duplicate it and close the original.

Copy and paste it as a new layer.Resize it till you are happy with the size.When you are happy position it

and add your shadow.

9.Open one of the arrows.CCopy and paste it as a new layer.

Resize and position it as desired.When you are pleased with the placement.Tske your selection tool and select the bottom half ot the arrow.Promote selection to layer.Go back to the arrow layer and hit delete on your keyboard.Now drag the promoted layer below the heart laywer so it looks like the arrow is going through the heart.

10.Add more elements now if you would like.

11.Add your text. in your choice of font or fonts.

I typed "Have I told you lately I love you?"

I used two fonts.When your happy with it add your favorite text effects.

12.Add ©Now.

And add your name to the heart along with your favorite text effects.

I used an inner bevel and drop shadow.

13.Save it as a png and your done!

license to use her work.You can purchase the tubes and license here

I used 2 fonts also

I used Copperplate Gothic Bold and a scripty font called Cherish.

ou will also need Eye Candy 4000 Gradient glow (Optional)

Ok Ready?

1.Open the Mat racket and shift+D to duplicate.Close the original.Resize it by 25% once and then to 600 pixels by 600 pixels.Both times make sure all layers is checked.Now resize it again, this time uncheck all layers and resize it by 75%.

2. Go to image-free rotate- and rotate it to the right by 25.

3.Add a gradient glow useing the settings shown in ss1,and 2.If you dont have eye candy just use a drop shadow with the color white.

4.Now add a drop shadow of choice or the ones shown in ss3.

5.Open the frame window.Shift + D to duplicate and close the original.

Resize it by 35% and then again by 45%.

6.Rotate it to the left by 18.Copy and paste it onto your tag image above the mat layer.

7.Open 4 papers of choice and shift + d to duplicate each and close the originals.Resize each paper to 500 pixels.

8.Go back to your tag ans grab your magic wand and click inside one of the squares.Expand the selection by 5.

9.Add a new layer and drag it brnrsth your frame layer.Copy one of the papers and paste it into selection.Repeat this step until all four squares are filled with a paper.

10.Repeat step 9 with 4 of your tubes.First resize them as desired before you paste them.And invert the selection and hit delete on your keyboard.

11.Add the same drop shadow to each tube.

12.Once each square is filled with a paper and tube, select none and add the same drop shadow to the frame layer.Hide all layers except your frame and the paper layers and tube layers and merge visible.

13.Duplicate the merged layer twice and arrange them as desired.

Refer to my tag for placement if needed.

14.Position the mat and frame layer as desired.

15.Open the star doodle and shift + d to duplicate. and close the original.

Resize it by 25% once.Copy and paste it as a new layer. between the mat and frame.

16.Use the same gradient glow and drop shadow as before.

17.Open three flowers of chice and shift + d to duplicate each

close the originals.Resize each flower as desired.I started by resizeing them each by 25%. And then copied and pasted them as new layers on top of the frame layer.And then continued resizeing them till i was happy with them.

make each flower a different size..

18.Position each of the three flowers in the bottom left corner of the

frame.give each one a drop shadow.and position them as desired.

19.Duplicate each flower and position them in the top right corner of the mat.Resize each one by 85%.When your happy with the clusters merge down each flower into the two clusters to make it easier to move them.

20.Now open one of the frames and shift + d to duplicate and close the original.Resize it as desired.Copy and paste it on top of your frame layer.

21.Add the gradient glow and drop shadow as before.

22.Open another tube, resize it as desired.Copy and paste it as a new layer. Add the same gradient glow and shadow.Position the tube as desired.

23.Add your © now.

24.Grab your text tool and type your text.

I typed "I love you this much!"I used two fonts for it.

Get creative!I used a gradient glow on the word "Love"

And when I had the text like I wanted it I add the same gradient glow twice.

25.Useing a font of choice type your name and resize it so it fits inside your tag.Ise the same grad glow and a shadow of choice or just use

your favorite text effects.

26.Merge visible.Select all,selections float,selections defloat.

Now go to image and crop to selection to get rid of the canvas around your tag.

27.Save as a png and your done!

You will need a mask of choice,I used one that comes in psp called

Edge squares.

You will also need a tube.

I am useing a tube by Suzanne Woolcott

Ok Ready?

1.Open the doily, Shift +D to duplicate. Close the original.

Resize it to 500 pixels high and make sure all layers are checked.

Resize the doily by 85% make sure to uncheck resize all layers.

3.Colorize the doily to a color from your tube.

(an easy way to colorize is to go to adjust-hue and saturation-colorize.

When chosing the color you want to use.Click on your foreground color in the materials pallette on the side.With the materials pallette still open at the bottom you will see 2 columns of numbers.Write down the first two numbers in the second column of numbers. The H and S.Then when you go to colorize just insert those colors into the appropriate boxes click ok and your doily is colorized.)

4.Open a paper of choice and resize it to 900 pixels.I colorized the paper also.Copy it and paste as a new layer onto your image.

Drag it to the bottom.

5.Go to layers-Load save mask from Disc and load your mask.

Merge group and add a drop shadow.

6.Open the heart frame and resize it to 500 pixels high.

7.Copy and paste above the doily layer.

8.Grab your crop tool and crop around the frame layer.You dont want to crop off very much of your frame layer but you dont want any canvas showing around your frame.

9.Open the heart and resize it y 35% once.Copy and paste it below the frame layer.

10.Resize it by 75% three or four times till you are happy with the size.

11.Now rotate it tot he left by 20 degrees.Move it up and over a bit.

Add a drop shadow and duplicate it.

Now mirror the duplicate and position both hearts.

12.Copy and paste your tube as a new layer under the frame layer.

13.With your freehand selection tool draw a selection around her head and right click the tube layer in the layer pallette and promote selection to layer.go back to the tube layer and hit delete on the keyboaard

Select none and moce the promoted selection above the frame layer.

14.Now add the elements of your choice.

I added the button,rope bow and the greeen butterfly.I resized each of them by 35%.And added a drop shadow after they were pasted.

When your happy with the placement of everything add a small border

2 pixels in a color to match your tube.

15.Add your © now.

16.Now grab your presets shape tool set to elipse.

Make your foreground a color and the back ground null.

Draw an oval and use the nodes to shape it like one side of the heart.

Now grab your text tool and move your cursor over the elipse until you see an A with a half circle under it.When you see that you can left click your mouse and start typing.Your text will follow the curve of the circle now.Type "Cross my Heart!"

17.When your happy with the placement of the text go to layer pallette and click on the + on the vector layer.You will see two more layers now.

Click on the eye beside the elipse layer so the circle will not be visible.

Covert to raster now and add your drop shadow.

18.Repeat steps 16 and 17 again for your name.

19.Save as a jpeg.

Ok Ready?

1.Open the frame from my Supplies.Shift+D to duplicate it and

close the original.

2.Resize the frame to 600 pixels wide.Make sure you have

resize all layers checked.

3.Grab your magic wand and click inside all three openings of the frame.

Go to selections and modify and expand x 5 pixels.

4.Add a new layer and move it beelow the frame tube

5.Open a paper from the kit and resize it to 900x900 pixels.

Copy and paste it into selection on the new layer you made.

Select none.

6.Now open another paper and resize it also.

7.Paste it as a new layer onto your tag.Drag it to the bottom.

8.Open the mask I supplied and with the new paper layer the

active layer go to layers-new mask layer-from image.

8.Merge group and duplicate it.Position the two mask layers as desired.

9.Open the 2 tubes you have chosen.Resize them if needed and paste them as new layers.Drag them below the frame layer and position them as desired.

10.Grab your eraser tool and erase the parts of the tubes that are outside of the frame.

11.Open the tag from the kit and resize it x 35%.Copy and paste it as a new layer and move it to the top.Add a drop shadow to it.

12.You may need to resize it again.

13.Now open the button and resize it x 35% twice.Copy and paste it as a new layer and resize it again if desired.Add the same drop shadow to it.

14.When your happy with the size duplicate it several times and position them as desired.

15.Open the twine and resize it x 35%.Copy and paste it as a new layer and drag it below the frame layer and the paper layer below the frame layer.Position the twine so only a small amount of it shows above the frame layer.

16.I also added the leaf garland resized x 35% and positioned so that it looks like its part of the sunflower.

17.Open the heart doodle and resize it x 35%.Copy and paste it under the frame paper layer.

18.Lower the opacity of the frame and frame paper layer so you can see the heart doodle under it.

19.With your freehand selection tool and carefully draw a selection around one of the doodles (Refer to my tag).When you have drawn your selection go to your layer pallette and left click on the doodle layer and promote selection to layer.Now still on the doodle layer hit delete on your keyboard.Select none.Increase te opacity back to 100.

20.On the promoted selection layer drag it above the frame layer.

21.Add your © at this time.

22.Add your name to the tag and add the same drop shadow as before.

23.Save as a png.

Ok now were ready to start
1.Open a new image 600x600 transparent.
2.Open a bow of choice, If your useing the same kit as me I used bow 03.
Resize it x 35% twice and sharpen it once.Copy and paste it as a new layer.
3.Go to effects Muras Meister copies use the settings shown on screen shot #1.
4.Now go back to effects and apply eye candy 4000 HSB noise with settings shown in screen shot #2.
5.Open a tag of choice i used tag 02.Resize it x 35% once and then again x 75%once and then sharpen it once.Copy and paste it as a new layer on top of the bow layer.I fliped it, also.Position it as desired.
6.Open a string or curly ribbon of choice.I used Glitter string 04. Resize it x 35% twice and sharpen it once.Copy and paste it below the tag layer, duplicate it and mirror it position as desired and duplicate again.
7.Open the three mushroomsResize them each x 35% once and then resize them again x 75%. Copy and paste them as new layers on top of the bow layer.Resize and position them till you are happy with them.Then duplicate e4ach and mirror and position them as desired.
8.Open paper of choice. I used paper01.Resize it x 35% and copy it
go back to your image and add a new layer drag it to the bottom.Select all and paste the paper into selection.Open your mask ans load it with the setttings in screen shot #3.
9.Add another layer and drag it to the bottom.Open another paper of choice I used paper 38.Resize it X 35% and back on your tag select all and paste into selection.Select none.
10.Grab your freehand selection tool and draw around the circle on the bow layer,(Screen shot 4) activate the mask layer and hit delete on your keyboard.
11.Now activate the bow layer and grab your preset shapes tool set to circle.Background null and foreground set to black.Line width set to1.
12.Add a drop shadow to each layer,I used the settings shown in screen shot #5.
13.Add a new layer and move it to the top.Select all and fill it with a color of choice.Go to selections and modify contract the selection by 5.Hit dekete on your keyboard.
14.Open both tubes.Paste one below the bow layer so the face is showing through the circle in the bow layer.Set the blend mode to luminance(l)
Use your eraser tool to erase all the tube thats outside the bow layer.
15.Activate the top layer and paste the second tube as a new layer.Add the same drop shadow as before.Position as desired.
16.Add copywright.Add my word art or one of your choice.
17.Open the font and type your name.Rotate it (Screen shot #6)
Repeat the rotate.Depending on the size of the name you may have to use the deform tool.Position the name on the rectangle tag or wherever you would like.Add any text effects you desire.

Ok Ready?

1. Open a new image 500x500.Flood fill it White or a color of choice.

2.Add a new layer.Open a paper of choice,Resize it to 500x500 pixels paste as a new layer, or flood fill the layer with another color of choice.

3. Load the mask I have provided or one of your choice.Make sure invert mask is unchecked.Merge group.Move it up and to the left a little.

4.Open the red frame and resize it x 35% twice.Paste it as a new layer.Sharpen it once.

5.Grab your magic wand and click inside the frame, expand the selection x 6.Add a new layer below the frame layer.

6.open another paper and paste as a new layer selections invert, and hit delete on your keyboard, select none.

7.Add a new layer above the mask layer, select all.Now open element 14(its the white splotches)Copy it and go back to your tag, Paste into selection, Add a drop shadow of your choice, my settings are -2,2,50,5,black.Duplicate this layer mirror it and flip it.Position it as desired.

8.Add the same drop shadow to your frame layer.

9.Activate the frame layer and open thr pink rose the red rose, the leaf and a ribbon of choice.Resize all of these x 35% twice.

10,Paste each of the roses and resize them as desired.i resized them again x 85% until I was happpy with the sizes.Add the sane drop shadow to each.And duplicate the two roses until your happy with the arrangement.

I have 4 pink roses and 3 red roses.Paste the bow as a new layer and resize as desired add a dropshadow and position as desired.Paste the leaf below all the roses, add the drop shadow and resize as desired,position as desired.

11.Open the tube and resize it x 85% 4 times.Paste it as a new layer above everything.Add the shadow and position it in the bottom right corner.Add ©.

12.Add your text or use mine.I didnt addd any effects but feel free to if desired.

13.Add your name and any effects you desire.

14.Save as a jpeg.

Ok ready to get started?

1. Open the frame.

2. Open one of the backgrounds provided, I chose background number 3.

Copy it and go back to your frame,Grab your magic wand and click inside all three frames, go to selections and expand x 3.Add a new layer and paste into selection.Deselect.

3. Open the tubes supplied or 2 of your choice.If your using the ones I supplied, you will need to resize them x 75%. Copy and paste them as new layers below your frame layer.When your happy with the placement merge them together.

4.Make the frame layer active, grab your magic wand agin and click inside the two end frames. Expand the selection x 3 click invert and activate the tube layer, hit delete on your keyboard.to get rid of the parts of the tube outside your frames.Noe activate your frame layer again and click inside the middle frame, activate your tube layer again and expand your selection again and hit delete again on your keyboard.Add a drop shadow to the frame layer and to the tube layer also.Merge these two layers.

5.Now add your © info.

6.Open the three christmas ornaments, resize them x 50% twice, copy and paste them above your frame layer,paste them as desired.

7.open the 2 bows and resize them x 50% once,copy and paste them as new layers and position them as desired, once happy with them, add a drop shadow to each of them and merge all the elements again, resize this layer once more this time x 85%.

8.Open the words supplied, these are the psd'd and each letter is on a separate lyer for you.If you would prefer to use a different font thats ok too.If using the lettters supplied, resize each by 85% and sharpen each.I also added a drop shadow to each letter.Paste them on top of the frame layer, and position them as desired, merge visible when happy with the placement.

9.Select all select float selections defloat, go to image and crop to selection.This will get rid of alll the excess canvas around your tag.

Save it as a png for use as needed.

10 Now just type your name.I have supplied a font but if you have one you like better thats ok too.

The size i used for my font is 60.Then I added the same drop shadow.

Save as a png.

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow

my zip file here it includes my template and the tubes I used.You may use any tube you want but please dont use if you dont have a license number.It also includes all my screen shots I was having trouble posting them so i included them in the zip.I hope this doesnt cause anyone any trouble.

you will also need a font of choice I am using fashion victim

Ok Ready?

1.Open your font and minimize it. Open your supplies in psp.Open my template and delete my info layer.

2.Activate 1st circle layer.Duplicate it twice,rename them 1,2, and 3.Activate layer 1 and apply the brushed metal filter with the settings shown on ss1.Repeat this filter on the other 2 layers only hit the random seed button once each time.The color I used is 81802e.

3.Now activate layer 1 again and apply eye candy4000 gradient glowthe settings i used are shown on ss2.Repeat on the next 2 layers.

4.Activate layer 1 again and apply drop shadow with the settings shown on ss3.Repeat on the next 2 layers

5.Activate the 2nd circle layer.Go to selections and then select all then float then defloat.Flood fill it with your color of choice. I used 4040ff.Now duplicate it twice so you have three layers.Rename them 1,2,and 3 again. Activate layer 1 and go to adjust and add noise with the settings shown in ss4. On layer 2 change the setting to 97. and on the third layer change the setting to 94.Select none and add the sme grad glow and shadow as before.

6.Activate the 3rd circle layer.Go to selections,select all then float then defloat. Make your foreground your color of choice I used 5252ff And use whatever texture you would like. I used Crumpled tissue my settings are shown in ss5. Now fill your circle with the foreground color. then go to effects edge effects and enhance it once.Apply the grad glow and shadow as before.

7.Activate the center circle layer, the only thing i did on this layer was the grad glow and the drop shadow.

8.Activate the small rectangle. select all, float,defloat. Add a new layer and fill it with the color and texture you used before.Select none. Now go back to the small rectangle layer and add your grad glow and drop shadow as before.Merge these two layers.

9.Delete the top small rectangle layer and the top word layer.Merge the bottom small rectangle and word layers.Move them down just a bit.Refer to my finished tag if needed.

10. Activate the the large rectangle and flood fill it with a color of choice I used black.

11.Now activate the splotches make your foreground black and your background a color of choice I used 7070ff.Now make your background color a gradient see my screen shot ss6.Add a new raster layer just above the splotches and flood fill it with your gradient. Now go back to your splotches layer and select all float defloat again and now invert the selection and go back to your new layer and hit delete on your keyboard.

now go back to the splotches layer and delete it.

12.Add a new layer, flood fill it white and move it to the bottom.

13.Activate your top layer and paste your tube as a new layer,Resize it by 85% once.Add the same drop shadow only this time put the shadow pn a separate layer,ss7.

14.Now grab your deform tooland makeing sure the shadow layer is still activated,move the shadow over and down just a little bit.Now merge the tube and shadow layers.

15.Activate the small rectangle and paste tour other two tubes as new layers. Resize them both by 85% twice.Position them as desired. Wen your happy with them merge them and apply the same shadow as before but put the shadow on the same layer.Grab your selection tool and make a selection see ss8. Make sure your new tube layer is active and hit delete on your keyboard.

16.Now its time to add © and your watermark.

17. Add your name in your choice of fonts, i ued fashion victim.

18.Now its time to animate.Arrang your duplicated layers in order:112233.make the small circle layers are on top. now merge 1 and 1 together, 2 and 2 together and 3 and 3 together.Now your layer pallette should look like my ss9.

19.Turn off(click the eyebeside the layer)your name, and layers 2 and 3.make sure all other layers are active.copy merged and go to animation shop and paste as a new animation.

20. Go back to psp and close layer 1 and open layer 2 copy merged and go to animation shop and paste it after current frame.

21.Go back into psp and close layer 2 and open layer 3.copy merged and take it to animation shop and paste it after current frame.

22.View animation ans if your happy with it save it.Saving it without a name will allow you to add as many names to it later as you want.

23.to add names to it.Shift + D to duplicate it and close your original.

24.Now go back to psp and activate your name layer.Copy it and paste it in animation shop as a new animation.Copy it and then click propagate paste.

25.Go back to your tag and go to edit and select all frames now paste into selected frames.

26.view animation and save it.

Ok......Ready?

1.Open a new image about 600 pixels by 600 pixels,
transparent.
2.Open your font and minimize it.
Open your supplies in psp and resize them as needed.
Grab your font tool
and set your foreground to a paper of choice, and your background
as another background paper.
3. Type your name and use the nodes to make it as large as you desire.Depending on the size of your name or text
you may need to resize your canvas.
4.Go to selections, select all selections float, selections defloat,
selections modify contract x 2.
5.Now add an inner bevel or an eye candy glass.Select none.
6. Open the flower border and resize it x 35% Depending on the number of letters in your name you will need to either resize it bigger or smaller.
Paste it as a new layer and position it just below your name.
7.Now open one of the hearts. Resize it as before this time by 50% Copy and paste it as a new layer on top of your name layer.Position it right on top of your name.
Ok, So now we need to be able to see the name under the heart.So lower the opacity of the heart layer to about 50% so you can see the name layer but you can still see the heart also Now move the heart up so you can see your curly inside the hole in the heart.
10.Now grab your selecti0n tool.Now Make a selection with your free hand selection tool set to freehand, select the part of the name that you want to be threaded through the heart. Go to your layer pallette and right click on the name layer,promote the selection to layer,move the promoted selection to the top.Select none.
11.Now go back to your heart layer and increase the opacity back to 100%,Now you have threaded your name through your heart,Isnt that cool!
12.Now open one of the tags,Resize it as desired (I resized it by 50%)Now copy it as a new layer.Drag it below your name layer.Rotate tag to the left x 20 degrees. Now once the tag is where you want it you are gonna make it look like one of the curlies is hugging the tag.So like we did before,Lower the opacity of the tag so you can see both layers and make a selection like we did before.Promote the selection on the name layer again and right click the promoted selection and move it below the tag layer.Now go back to the name layer and hit delete on your keyboard to delete the part of the name you have selected.Change the opacity back to 100% and select none.
14.Merge visible.
15.Now go to selections and select all, then go back and select float and again go back and choose defloat Now go to image and crop to selection This will crop your tag and get rid of all the excess canvas.
16.Go to file and save as.Find where you want to save it and make sure to save it as a png.So that it will have a transparent background.And your done!

Supplies

Ok......Ready?
1. Open the a new image 600 x 600.Transparent.

2.Flood fill the layer with a color of your choice.I used #5089eo

3.Open a paper of choice or add a new layer and ff with a different color of choice.

4.Now go to layers and new mask layer from image

Load the mask I provided make sure invert mask is checked.Merge group.

5.Grab your selection tool set to rectangle,draw a rectangle selection in the middle of the mask layer.Refer to my tag if needed. Hit delete on your keyboard and select none.

6.Open wreath 2 Copy and paste it as a new layer below your mask layer.Resize as desired.I resized by 85%.

7.Add a drop Shadow of choice or my settings which are: V=-2,H=2,Opacity=50,Blur=5,Color Black.

8.Open another paper of choice, copy it and go back to your tag you are workng on. Grab your freehand selection tool and draw a circle on the wreath(doesnt have to be perfect) and make sure the new paper is active go to selections and invert selection and hit delete on your keyboard.

Now go to effects texture effects blinds and use your choice of setttings or here are my settings: width=7,opacity 50,color=black,horozontal checked.

9.Copy and paste the branch onto your tag just above the wreath.Add The same drop shadow you used before.Position the branch at the top of the wreath on top of the mask layer,

The branch will cover most of the bow on the wreath, see my finished tag as a reference.

10.Add your tube and copywright info now.I resized the tube x 85% twice.Add a drop shadow to the tube layer.

11.Open the christmas ornaments and resize as desired position it in her hand, use your eraser tool to erase part of the ribbon to make ot look like shes holding the ornament.

12.Now copy and paste my word art or one of your choice as a new layer. and add the shadow from before.Type your name and add the same shadow.Drag your name layer below the tube layer so it looks like her hand is resting on the name.

13.I resized my tag to 500x500 pixels.When your happy with your results,Save as a jpeg.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open the a new image 500 x 500.Transparent.

2.Open the round frame andresize it to 500 pixels.

Copy and paste it as a new layer, resize it by 85%.Add a dop shadow of choice.My settings are 0,0,100,5,black.

3.Open the tube and resize it to 500 pixels(I always resize using smart size).Copy and paste it as a new layer, resize it again x 85%twice.You may want to harpen and add a drop shadow,

I did'nt add the shadow.

4.Now grab your freehand selection tool and select the lower half of your tube,You want it to look like she is laying inside the frame.Now go to the layer pallette and right click, promote selection to layer, Drag the promoted selection below your frame layer, Leave selected, go back to the tube layer and hit delete on your keyboard.Now you can deselect.

5.Add your copywright info now.

6.Open the mask you are using and load.If your usinf the one I provided...Make sure invert mask data isnt checked.

Merge group.

7.Now you are gonna add the elements,I have resized each to 500 pixels, copied them and then resized each starting out at 85% and repeating this resize until they were a size I liked

Sharpen each after resizing and add a drop shadow.

You can use my Word Art or if you would rather add different text

or you like another font better thats ok too.

8.Add your name in a font of choice.Add any text effects you like.

9.Merge visible, copy and paste as a new image,This will get rid of any excess canvas around your tag.

10.Save as a png.

1. Open a new canvas, 500 pixels wide x 500 tall.Color of choice,

I made it white.

2.Open the tube of choice.

3.Open the round flower frames. Resize them appropriately and copy and paste them as new layers.

Position them so one is on top of the other one, but so that you can see the bottom one peeking from under the top one.

Add a drop shadow of choice to both frames.

Make the bottom one active, grab your magic wand and click inside the bottom frame. Expand the selection by 2. Add a new layer.Copy and paste your tube into selection.Select none,Lower the opacity of the tube layer that is inside your frame.I set mine at 50%.Now paste the tube again on top of both frames.

4.Now just add the elements of your choice.I added a drop shadow to each element.When you are happy with the tag.Merge all.

5.Go to image and add a border.2 pixels color of your choice, add another border this time 10 pixels, color doesnt matter. Now add another border, color of choice.

6.Grab your magic wand tool and click inside the larger border.Open a paper of choice, copy and go back to your working image paste into seection. Select none.

7.Add a few more elements on to your tag now, add your

© info also.

8.Now add your name in your choice of fonts.Add your favorite text effects.

Save as a jpeg,

4.Open and resize the elements of choice, paste them and resize as needed.Add a drop shadow to each element.
5.Paste your tube as a new layer, below your frame layer,Position it as desired and add a drop shadow to it,Once you have it positioned as you like, grab your selection tool, freehand, and select the part of the tube you want to be outside of your frame. Once you have it selected, go to your layers pallette and promote selection to layer, drag the promoted layer above your frame.Now go back to the tube layer and hit delete on your keyboard.
6.Add your © info now.
8.Open the alphas that you are going to use.Resize them as needed, and paste them onto your tag.Add a drop shadow or grad glow to each letter.I have posted examples of both.

9.Grab your text tool and type your name, add text effects of choice.

2.Open 2 of your papers,Copy one of them and paste it as a new layer
and copy and paste the other one on top of that one as a new layer.Load the frame mask on the bottom paper layer,merge group.
now load the grapevine mask on the second paper layer.
merge group.you may want to
resize one or both of the mask layers.
3.Now paste one of the circle frames as a new layer.
position it in the center and resize as needed.
Grab your magic wand and click inside the frame layer, you may have to click more than once to get it all selected,
modify the selection by expandng it x 5.
Add a new raser layer below the frame layer, open another paper and copy it, paste it into the selection on the new layer, select none.
4.Add some more elements from the kit, add a drop shadow to each.
5.Grab your elipse tool, background null, doesnt matter what color foreground is.draw a circle the size of the frame.
6.now grab your text tool and move your mouse over the elipse, till you get the symbol of an A with a line under it.When you see that you can start to type your saying. I typed "Gobble 'till you wobble",Just use your imagination to think of saying.A patient I used to take care of used to tell me that starting a week before thanksgiving,lol.
When you are happy with what you have typed,go to your layer pallette and click the + sign beside that layer, now hide the elipse.you should only see the text now.Convert it to a raster layer.
7.Add your name and any text effects you would like now.
8.Save it as a png.

1. Open a new image 600 x 600 pixels.
2.Grab your presets shape tool set to elipse.Stroke width set to 15.
Open 2 of your papers and set one for your foreground and one for your background.Draw out a large circle,to make it perfectly round, hold down the shift key while drawing it.Go to objects,align, center in canvas.Before converting to raster, pull on the nodes to make it the size you want it.Convert it to a raster layer.
3.Now draw a smaller one inside the large one you just made. This time, make the foreground null, and open a different paper to put in the background.objects align in center and when happy, convert it to a raster layer.
4.Now open 2 more papers, we are going to do the rectangle now.Put one paper in for your foreground and the other one in for your backgound.set your preset shapes to the square.Set the stroke width to 7 and draw out a square.When you are happy with the size, convert it to a raster layer.Use your deform tool to rotate it as desired.you will have to sharpen it also.Mabey several times.
5.Dupicate the square and flip it position it together with the first one.Merge down. when happy with the two squares.duplicate it again and mirror and flip.
6.Paste your tube as the top layer, resize and add a drop shadow of choice.Position it as desired, add ©info now.
7.Add the other elements you are planning on usng, add a drop shadow to each one.
8.now add a new layer and drag it to the botttom,open another paper and paste it as a new layer, load your mask of choice and merge group.
9.Add your name and any text effects you would like,I did an inner bevel and drop shadow .
10.Save it as a png.

1. Open a new image 500 x 500 pixels.
2.Open one of the glitter frames resize it to 900 pixels on the largest side then resize again this time by 50%, paste it onto your new canvas as a new layer.
3.Open a paper of choice, resize it to 900 pixels.copy and paste it onto your new canvas as a new layer,grab your magic wand and click inside the frame. Expand the selection by 3, invert selection, make paper layer the active layer and hit delete on the keyboard to get rid of the excess paper.
4.Open the beads tube, resize to 900 tall copy and paste it as a new layer right on top of the paper layer, position it as desired, duplicate it and mirror it position both layers as desired and merge them together.Activate one of the frame layers, grab your magic and tool and click outside the frame.Now activate the beads layer again and hit delete on the keyboard again to get rid of the beads that are outside of your frame.
5.Open the flower lace and resize it by 50% paste it as a new layer, drag it to the bottom of the layer pallete,now duplicate it and rotate the duplicate by 90 degrees to the left.Position it at the bottom.
6.Open the branch with beads, resize it by 50% twice, rotate it to the left by 20 and paste it as a new layer in the top left corner,or wherever you would like it.
7.Open flower 1, resize it by 50% twice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it to the top so you can see what your doing to it.Add a drop shadow of choice my settings are 2,-2,38, 3.Resize it again, this time by 75%Duplicate and resize the duplicate by 85% position it as desired to make your flower cluster, now duplicate and resize again.Position it in your flower cluster.Merge the 3 flowers and drag the layer just below your frame layers,activate one of the frame layers and grab your magic wand again and click outside the frame and activate the flower layer again, hit delete on your keyboard.select none and duplicate the flower layer, mirror and flip.position as desired.I also added button 2 under the flower clusters to add more color.
8.Open the branch 3 resize it as the other elements and paste it as a new layer on top of the paper layer. Use the freehand selection tool to select the part of the branch you want on top of the frame. While it is selected right click on the branch layer on your layer pallette. Promote selection to layer.Now make the branch layer active again and hit delete on your keyboard. Select none and drag the promoted selection above the frame layers.
9. Add any elements you wish,
Add a drop shadow to each.
10.Paste your tube layer and add your © info now.
11.Grab your text tool and type a quote of your choice
I typed "I see your true colors, and thats why I love you"
But I used the love word art instead of the word love."
Use a couple of fonts to really make the text
stand out.
12. Add your favorite text effects now.
13. Type your name in a different font and add the text effects you want
I only did a drop shadow on the name.
14.Add a new layer and arrange it to the top of the layer pallette.Select all, go to selections and contract the selection by 10. Invert the selection.Fill the selection with a color from the tag.Select none.
Save it as a png.

3.Open another paper ad repeat step 2. Select none. You should have 2 paper layers on your working image now.
4.put the mask in your masks folder, make the bottom paper layer acive and load your mask

merge group, repeat on the next paper layer. resize the top paper laer twice x 75%. Merge down.
5.Open one of the fancy trims from the kit

paste it as a new layer and position it at the bottom of the heart mask layer.

6.Now open one of the frames from the kit and paste it on top of the trim layer.When you have it positioned as you like, take your selection tool set to rectangle and select the part of the ribbon that is going to be threaded through the frame layer, refer to my tag for clarification.

7.Now dont deselect yet, go to your layer pallette.and on the trim layer, right click on it and promote selection to layer.

Now go back to the trim layer and hit delete on your keyboard.Go back to the promoted selection layer and drag that layer above the frame layer.

now it should look like it is threaded through the frame.

8.add your tube of choice, position it below your trim and frame layer, add a drop shadow, now add your copywright.

9. Add any elements you wish,

Add a drop shadow to each.

10.Add your name and your favorite text effects.

Save it as a png

Add a new layer and go to selections, select all.

2.Open a paper of choice and resize it to 600x600.Copy it and paste it into selection on your working image.

3.Open the frame from the kit, crop the excess canvas away and resize it to 900 pixels at its largest side, Now reize it again, this time, make it 35%.Copy and paste it as a new layer, Rotate it x 20 degrees to the left.

4.duplicate it and resize the duplicate x 75%

Mirror it, position both of the frames as desired, sharpen both of them and add a drop shadow of choice.
5.Open one of the lace ribbons,

crop away the excess canvas and resize it to 600 pixels wide. Copy it and paste it as a new layer,

Position it at the top of the image,

so only the lower scallops are visible, duplicate it an flip, position them both as desired,when hapy with the placement, merge down, duplicate and rotate x 90. merge down ao you have the 4 sides on one layer, duplicate it and merge down again.

6.Make one of the frame layers the active layer, grab your magic wand an cick inside it, expand the selection x 2, open another paper, resize it to 600 pixels, copy and paste it into selection, repeat on the other frame. Select none.
7.Paste your tube as a new layer, position as desired,

add a drop shadow.Add the copywright info.

8.add the elements of choice,

add a drop shadow to each of them.

9.Grab your text tool and type the text of choice, I tyed"Oh Canada"

Add your favorite text effects.

10. Choose another font and type your name and add your favorite text effects.

11. Save it as a jpeg.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image 700 x 250 pixels.

Add a new layer ad go to selections, select all.
2.Open a paper of choice and resize it to 700 wide.Copy it and paste it into selection on your working image.
3.Open element 031, Resze it x 35% you will need resize it a couple of times to make it the right size.paste it as a new layer,

Rotate it to the left x 20 degrees.

4.Position it as desired and add a drop shadow of choice.p shadow of choice. Add your copywright.

5.Open the row of hearts element and resize it to 250 pixels high. Position it on one side of the tag,add a drop shadow. Duplicate it and mirror.So you have the little hearts on both sides of your tag.
6.Open the other elements you are going to use.Resize them and copy and paste them.

Position them as desired and add a drop shadow to each.
7.Grab your text tool and select a typewriter font, Or whatever you wish, and type your text for the notebook paper,

I typed:
God gave us 2 ears to hear, 2 eyes to see and 2 hands to hold, but why did he give us only 1 heart?Because he wanted us to find the other one.

When you are hapy with the size, rotate it to the left x 20

or use the same settings you used for the paper element,You want it to look like it been written on the lines.
8.add your tube of choice, position it as desired, add a drop shaow, now add your copywright.
9. Choose another font and type your name and add your favorite text effects.
10.Add your name and your favorite text effects.
Save it as a jpeg.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image 500x 500.

2.Open a paper of choice and resize it to 500 tall.Copy and paste it as a new layer onto your frame image.

3.Open element 057, Resze it to 500 pixels high.Copy and paste it

onto your working image.Add a drop shadow of coice.

4.Add your tube of choice,Resize it as needed and add a drop shadow of choice. Add your copywright.
5.Duplicate the tube

and on the original tube go to effects,

texture effects and apply Mosaic Antique with the default settings.

6.If you want to add more elements than I did, now is the time to do it.

lol.

7.Now add a border, 2 pixels ,make it a dark color, add another border 10 pixels, and make it a light color, add another 2 pixel border the same color as the first border.

8.Grab your magic wand, click inside the 10 pixel border, Go to effects, reflection efects,

pattern and use the default settings. Select none.

9. Open the rose from the kit and resize it as desired,

Position it and add a drop shadow as before,Duplicate it and position it

as desired, duplicate it again, and position it as desired.

10. Open the Love Word art and resize it,Copy and paste it onto your working tag, Grab your text tool and type your quote of choice.

11.Add your name and your favorite text effects.

Save it as a jpeg.

Ok......Ready?
1. Open the scalloped frame from the kit,resize it to 30x300 pixels .

2. Open a new transparent image, 500x500.

Past your resized frame as a new image,Rotate it x 10 to the right.Position it in the top right hand corner,

Duplicate it and mirror it.

Now positin the two frames one on top of the other.

Refer to my tag if desired, or position them in your own way.

Once you have them as desired,

open a paper of choice, or use a pattern of choice.

Copy it.Go back to your working image, grab

your magic wand and click inside one of the frames,

add a new raster layer below the frame layer,

paste into selection.

Select none. Duplicate your paper layer,

mirror and position it inside the other frame layer.

Copy and paste it as a new image. Close the original.

3.Open one of the ribbons and resize it to 500 pixels wide.
4.Open your tube. copy and paste it onto your paper tht you cropped, a large tube will work best.Merge visible and go to effects, image effects, offset set the vertival at 0and the horizontal as far to the right as it will go.so you have a nice striped pattern.
5.Open one of the butterflies, resize as desired, paste it onto

your working canvas, add a drop shadow of choice.
6.Now paste your tube onto your working image arrange it just above your frame layer, add a drop shadow of choice.Add your copywright info now.
7.Now grab Your text tool and type your text

along with whatever text effects you like.
8.Use a different font to type your name and add your favorite text effects to it.osition it as desred

9. Open another paper and resize it to 500 pixels,

copy and paste it onto your working image as a new laywe,

drag it to the botttom of your layer pallete,

apply your mask and merge group

Position the mask in the left upper corner.

10. When happy with everything save it as a png.

5.Now paste your tube onto your working image arrange it just above your frame layer, add a drop shadow of choice.Add our copywright info now.

7.Add your word art now.

8.Grab your text tool and type your name in your favorite font now, and add your faorite text effects,I just added a drop shadow.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open the quad frame,Shif + D to dulicate it, close the original.Resize the frame image to 500 pixels tall.

2.Open a paper of choice and resize it to 500 tall.Copy and paste it as a new layer onto your frame image.

3.Grab your magic wand and click outside of the frame on all sides, so that all of the excess canvas on the frame layer is selected.Go to selections, expand by 6,now acivate the paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard to get rid of the paper outside of the frame.

4.Now activate your magic wand tool,nd click inside one of the frames,expand the selection x 5 Paste one of our tubes below the frame layer, go to selections and invert the selection.now hit delete on your keyboard.Repeat with the other frames.

5.Open the leaves png, copy and paste it onto your working image, drag it to the bottom, resize as desired, Move it to one side, Now duplicate it,flip and mirror the duplicate.Position it in the opposite corner of your image. 6.Open the give thanks pendant, reize it to an approprite size, copy and paste it onto your working image, position it in the middle of your image. Add a drop shadow of choice.

7.Grab your text tol and type your name, move it to the center of the pendant.

8.When happy with everything, save it as a png.

~3 Images of choice.I used 3 of my daughters pictures
~Fonts of choice

Ok......Ready?
1. Open one of the papers from the kit,resize it to 700 x700 pixels.
2.Open the braided ribbon from the kit resize it to 300 pixels wide.
Copy and paste it onto your working image.
Duplicate it and rotate the duplicated to the left x 90 degrees.
Position it so that it makes a corner.Merge down and duplicate again.Mirror and flip the dulicated so you have a frame.
Merge down and duplicate your frame twice. So you have 3,
Duplicate as many times as you like, its your quick page
lol
3.Rotate one of the frames left x 20.
leave one of them alone and rotate the last one to the right x 20.
Position as desired, refer to my image for placement.
4.Rotate one of them to the left by 20 and another one to the right by 20.
the other one stays as it is.
5.Open one of the doodles onto your working image, resize as desired.Change the blend mode to luminance.
6.Grab your maic wand and click inside one of the frames. Expand the selection by 3.
Add a new layer under your frame layer and paste into selection.
Do not deselect yet.
Add another new layer and paste another one of your images into selection.Add another new layer and paste your third image into selection.Now you can deselect.
7.Rotate one of the images to the left x 20 and one of them to the right x 20.Leave the third one as it is.Position them into your frames.
8.Add your text and your favorite text effects.
9.Add the other elements you are going to add to your quickpage. Add a drop shadow of choice.
Save as a jpeg,

1. Open a new canvas, 700 pixels wide x 30 tall.Transparent.

2.Open a paper of choice, paste it as a new layer onto your new canvas.

3.Now open 3 more papers of choice,Resize them to 300 tall.Open the braid from the kit and resize it to 300 pixels wide.Pasted it onto

your resize paper, duplicate it 3 times and frame your paper with the braids. Repeat on the other 2 papers.

Copy and paste them onto your woring image.

4.Rotate one of them to the left by 25 and anothe one to the right by 25.

the other one stays as it is.Position the papes as desired.Refer to my tag for placement.

5.Add the elements of choice, add a drop shadow to each.

6.Paste your tube of choice as a new layer and dont forget your copywright.If your using the tubes I supplied, please use (C)P.Ann.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open My template and delete the top layer with my info on it. 2.Starting on the bottom frame layer, go to layers, and select all select float and then defloat the selection.Now open a paper of choice, resize it to 500 pixels, copy it, go back to your working image and paste into selection.

3.Repeate step 2 on the rest of the layers of the template.

4.fill the outlines with a color that matches the paper you are using for that layer,I also added a blue grd glow on the outlines.

5.Add a new raster layer and drag it to the bottom of your layers palletteFill it with a gradient of your choice.I chose landscape and inverted it so the sky is at the topDuplicate this layer, add a texture effect to the duplicated layer, I also did this step on the small rectangles layer.I use Penta color dot with the default settings.

6.When you have all the template layers filled, copy and paste the rest of the elements you are going to use on your tag,Paste your tube and add your copywright.

7.Grab your text tool and find your font.Type your name in the font of choice, before converting to raster layer,go to objects convert text to curves, as character shapes.Now over on your layrs pallete, click the + beside the vector layer, and arrangeour name as desired.When happy with it convert to raster an aply a grad glow.

8. Choose another fnt and type your saying of choice.I googled the lyrics to the colors of the wind fro mPocohontuslol.Add your favorite text effects.

9.When happy with everything, save it as a jpeg.

Ok......Ready?
1. Open a new image 700 pixels wide x 320 pixels high.
2.Open frame of choice, Resize it as needed, Paste it onto your working image,rotate it by 25 degrees to the left.Resize it to fit nicely into your tag.When it is the right size duplicate it and mirror the duplicate.Duplicate again, rotate it as above,position all three frames, refer to my tag for placement.
3.Grab your magic wand tool and click inside the middle frame.Modify the selection by expanding the selection x 20 pixels, add a new layer below the frame layer and paste a paper of choice into selection,(I resized the paper to 500 pixels before coying it).Select none.Duplicate the layer,rotate it as above.Position it under the left frame,Duplicate it and mirror it, now you should have a paper under each of the frames.Merge the frame and paper layers so you dont have so may layers.
4.Now open another paper of choice, resize it to 300 pixels, Open your mask of choice, or the one I have provided.Apply your mask to the paper you just opened.Merge group.Copy and paste it onto your working image.Position it in one corner,Duplcate it and mirror the duplicate.Now duplicate again and position the new dulicated layer in the middle of the tag.Grab your deform tool and rotate it to the left until it looks straight.Refer to my tag if needed.
5.Merge the three mask layers, when they are positioned as desired.
6.Open the element75.Resize it x 75%.Copy and paste it onto your working image.Drag it above the mask layer,and just below your frame layer. Add the candy bar on top of your frame layer, use your deform tool to rotate it.Paste your tube of choice.And add Copywright.

7.Open the other elements you are going to use on your tag.Resize them, and paste them onto your ta.

Add a drop shadow to each element, Scatter the Chocolate chips around your tag.
8. Choose your text tool, and one of the fonts you are going to use. Type your text, I did "All I really need is love but a little chocolate now and then doesnt hurt",Convert to Raster layer and add a white grad glow.Repeat the grad glow with a brown from the chocolate.I also added a white grad glow to the copywright layer.
9.Now choose your other font and type your name.Add the same grad glow you used for the prevous text.
10.When happy with everything, save it as a jpeg.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open Cadi's template.Delete the copwright layer.

2.MakeThe Background layer active Select all , Fill with a paper of choice.I resized the paper I wanted to use to 500 pixels, and pasted into selection)

3.Repeat this for the rest of the layers.

4.Add a Grad glow, black to all the layers of the template.

5.Open the tag 01,
Resize it by 85% and paste it onto your working image.
Position it on your star.Now grab your eraser tool, and erase some of he tag you just pasted, so that it looks like its hanging on the star.

5.Open the elements you are going to use on your tag.
Resize them by 85%. Paste them onto your tag and position as desired.Add a drop shadow to each of them.

6.Paste your tube of choice as a new layer, add a drop shadow to it, add your copywright.

7. Choose your text tool, and one of the fonts you are going to use.
Type your text, I did "Happy Fall",Convert to Raster layer and add a light colored grad glow.

9.Now choose your other font and type your name.Add an inner bevel of choice, now add the default settings for eye candy glass.Add the same grad glow you used for the prevous text.

10.When happy with everything, save it as a jpeg.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open the paper of choice.Resize it to 500 pixels.Copy and passte it as a new image.Close the original.
2.Open one of the brads, I chose the red one.Resize it to 500 pixels.Copy it and paste it as a new layer.
3.Open element6.Resize, and copy and paste it ontop of the brad.
4.Open element 1resize it and paste it as a new layer.Grab your magic wand tool, and click inside one of the frameson the layer you just pasted. Open one of the papers, resize it to 300 pixels, copy it.Go back to your new tag Make a new raster layer and paste into selection.Select none. Duplicate it three timesMove it the duplicated layers to the rest of the frames.They should be under the red frame layer.I used 2 different papers. 5.Open ele 3 (the flag.)Resize it and copy and paste it. You want it to be really small.Rotate it to the left by 40 degrees.
6.Now open he yellow support ribbon or one of the other ribbons.resize it and copy and past it onto your tag image,position it in the bottom corner of your flag element.
. Now open the red rose, the babies breath and the leeaf, resize all od them to the desired size.I resized all of them to 50 pixels and then resized them again x 75%.Paste them onto your tsg, you may have to resize more,position them how you wwant them to look together,merge them together, duplicate the merged layer, resize it x 85 degrees.Duplicae again and resize again.Position all three layers how you want them and merge them again.So you can position them as one layer. 8.Grab your preset shapes tool, background null,dorsnt matter what color you have as the foreground color.Draw a circle as big as the brad. 9.Dont convert it, grab your text tool, find your chosen scripty font andhover your mouse over the new elipse until you geet the little A icon with the little half circle under it,Type "American Beauty",you may have to add some spaces in front of the text to get the tex where you want it.When it is positioned in the spot you want it go to your layer pallete, click the + sign beside the vector layer, hide the elipse layer, then convert it to a raster layer,Apply your favorite text effects, I did a grad glow,but if you dont have eye candy you can just add a drop shadow.
10.Paste your tube as a new layer, apply a drop shadow of choice, dont forget your copywright.
11.Now select your text tool again and type your name with a different font.Add the same text effects from before.
12.Open the red and blue hearts, resize them, copy and paste them onto your tag.Merge them together,Position them as desired.
13.Save as a jpeg.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open Cadi's template.Resize it to 500 wide.Delete the copwright layer.

2.Make picture 1 activeelect all float, float the selection, defloat the selection and then fill it with color or paer of choice.I chose a color from the color pallette that is included in the kit.

3.Repeat for the other 3 pictures.

4.Repeat with the circle I filled it with paper6.Add a heavy drop shadow to the pictures and circle. 5.Color the hearts in the same way, add eyecandy glass with the default settings, changing the color to the same color of your hearts.If desired add a drop shadow.

6.Grab your magic wand.Make the rectangle layer the active layer, click inside he outline part of your rectangle.Fill it with a color of choice and add the same glass as before.now Select none, and with your magic wand select the inside of the rectaangle,fill it with a paper or color of choice,I used paper4.

7. Paste your tube of choice as a new layer,position the tube so it is laying on top of the rectangle.Add your copywright. 8.Open the love ribbon, resize it x 75 % 4 times. Copy it and paste it onto your tag position it as desired, refer to my tag if needed. 9.Open the bow ribbon, resize it and paste it as a new layer, poaition it as desired and add the same drop shadow.

10.Open the word art with onsie, with your free hand selection tool.Select the wording only. Copy and paste it onto your tag.Position it inside the rectangle.Add a grad glow.

11.add any more elements you wish.

12.Add your name in a scripty font of choice.Add your favorite text effects.

13.Hide the background layer and save as a png.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new transparent image 500 wide by 500.
2.Open paper of choice Shift + d to duplicate it close the original.
Copy it and paste it onto your workin tag.
3.Grab your preset shapes tool set to elipse.Stroke Null.Background doesnt matter. Draw a large circle in the mddle of the image.
4.Before converting to raster, go to objects, align, center in canvas.Then convert to raster,after its the size you want it.
5.Grab your magic wand, click inside your new circle.Now invert the selection,make your paper layer active, and hit delete on your keyboard.This will get rid of the paper thats outside of your circle.
6.Open the ribbons and resize them to an appropriate size for your tag.
Use as many or as few as you choose.
I wanted to use all 4 of them.
Dulicate them and flip and mirror them.

I used 2 peas airplane.Type Boo*ti*ful, Add text effects of choice, I used eye candy 4 to make a small grad glow on the text.
10.Add your name wth the same effect.Rotate the name to the left by 25 degrees.
11.save it as a png.

1. Open a new transparent image 500 wide by 500.

Select all.

2.Open paper of choice (I choose paper 7)Shift + d to duplicate it close the original.Go to effects, image effects, offset.Make the settings:Horozontal set @ 0 Vertical set @ 800 custom ticked and repeat ticked. copy it and paste it into selection on your tag.select none.

3.Grab your preset shapes tool set to elipse.Stroke width set at 3.Draw a large circle in the mddle of the image.Your foreground color should be set to a color from your tube back ground set to null.

4.Before converting to raster, go to objects, align, center in canvas.Then convert to raster,apply a bevel of choice.

5.Grab your magic wand, click inside your new circle,modify your selection by expanding x 2.Now invert the selection,make your paper layer active, and hit delete on your keyboard.This will get rid of the paper thats outside of your circle.Rotate the circle to the right x 25 degrees.Go to adjust brightness and contrast, and apply the default settings.

6.Now duplicate your circle layer and on the original circle layer, apply a gausian blur, set at 25.

7. Make your top layer the active layer,select your preset shapes tool again.Same settings as before, only change the line style to Dots.Make another circle just slightly larger than the first one you made.Convert it to a raster layer. and apply the same bevel you used before.

8.Paste your tube as a new layer, resize it as desired.Add a drop shadow of choice.Dont forget to add your copywright.

9.Open element 04 and paste it as a new layer.Drag it below your paper layers.And move it to the corner of your tag Duplicate it and flip and mirror it.So its in the oposite corner.

10.Paste the ribbon 62 as a new layer,resize it as needed.Repeat step 5 to get rid of the ribbon outside of the circle.Move the circles to the top.Use your deform tool to rotate the ribbon.Refer to my tag as a reference.

11.Now add the elements of choice and a drop shadow to each one.

12.Add your name along with your choice of text effects.

13.save it as a png.

1. Open a new transparent image 500 wide by 250 tall.

2.open your paper of choice,(I used paper13) resize it to 500 wide.Copy and paste it as a new layer onto your tag.Open my template, copy and paste it as a new layer onto your tag.with the template layer the active layer,go to selections and select all,now go to selecions and invert, make your paper layer the active layer and hit delete on your keyboard,select none.Delete the template layer.

3.Open the doodle 1,resize it to 500 wide.Copy itgo back to your tag image add a new layer, drag it below your paper layer, go to selections and select all.now paste into selection.The doodle you just copied should be under the paper layer.Select none.

4.Open the the flower cluster.resize it to 500 wide.copy and paste it onto your tag and position it as desired.I resized it again by 65%.

5.Open my word art or use your own quote.I used eye candy 4 grad glow to put a smalll glow on it.paste it as a new image.

6.Type your name in your choice of font.I used 2 peas Cherub.

Then I did another grad glow on the name,

you can add your favorite text effects

if you dont have eyecandy.

7. Save it as a png, you will

be able to post it on any color.

If you want to save it as a jpeg, add a layer, move it to the bottom

and fill it with a color of choice before saving.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open my template, and the paper you are going to use,so you can choose the colors for the template.

2.Starting at the top layer activate the small outlines layer,go to selections and select all selection float and then selections defloat.Fill the outline with a color of your choice.Before you deselect, apply an inner bevel of coice and a drop shadow if you would like.Now deselect.

3.Repeat step 2 on all of the outline layers.

4.Now activate the small rectangles layer.Grab your magic wand and click inside each of the small rectangles.Fill the first rectangle with a color of choice.Fill the Middle rectangleon each side with a lighter shade,and fill the last one on each side with an even lighter shade of the same color.Duplicate this layer twice, so you have 3 layers of the colored rectangles.

5.On the first colored rectangles layer go to your plugins and find Dbs fluxand select bright noise set @ 44 and click mix once.Now repeat on the next colored rectagles layer only hit mix twice. And on the third colored rectangles layer hit mix three times.(To make it easier to animate rename these layers 1,2, and 3)

6.Now activate the layer named top.color this layee with a solid color or a paper of choice.Deselect.Paste one of the heart curtains as a new layer and position it as desired. I resized it twice x 50% before pasting it onto the tag.Add a drop shadowif desired.

7.Now paste your tube of choice as a new layer, resize as needed, add a drop shadow of chioce.

8.acivate the layer named middle, Grab your magic wand and click on the layer.paste your paper into selection.Deselect.

9.Activate the layer named circle, grab your magic wand and clck it inside the circle, fill the circle with a color of choice,I used a gradient.but anything would look great, even another paper.Deselect.

10.Repeat the above step on the long rectangles.When all of the template is colored, make the small outlines layer active,(or your top layer)Paste any elements from the kit that you are going to use.Resize then as desired. I used all of the hearts, I resized them x 50% three times, then I sharpened them.And added a drop shadow to each of them.There is lots of great elements to choose from.

11.Paste the Stalker Alert word art. Resize and position as desired.

12. Now add copywright and your watermark if desired.

13. Now its time to animate and ts very simple.to animate all you need to do is hide 2 and 3 layers, copy merged.Now open animation shop and paste it into animation shop as a new animation.

14.Now go back to psp and hide the 1 and 3 layer, and unhide the 2.Copy merged again and take it back to animation shoppaste it after current frame.

15. go back to psp and hide the 1 and 2 layer and unhide 3.Copy merged and take it back to animation shop again and paste it after current frame.You should have 3 layers in animation shop now.

16. Now your tag is finished except for the name, but view your animation and save it as a blankthen you can use anytime you need a quick tag.

17.Go back to psp and activate your top layer again.Choose your text tool and find your chosen fontadd your name.Convert it to a raster layer and add any effects you would like.I didnt add any effects.copy it and take it to animation shop.Paste it as a new animaton. Copy it again.Then go to edit and propagate paste.Now go back to your tag and activate it. Go to edit and select all. Now go back to edit and paste into selected frames.Position the name as you desire.

18. View animation again and save your finished tag.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new transpaent image 500x500 pixels.

2.Open the lace of your choice, resize it to 900 pixels in its largest side
then grab your crop tool and crop away all the white you can without cropping any of the lace.
Now resize it by 35%.Copy and paste it onto your new image, duplicate it and flip it,
duplicate it again and rotate it by 90degrees to the left, position it as one of the sides of your frame
duplicate it again and mirror it. now assemle your frame and then merge all 4 sides.

3.Open a paper of choice, resize it to 900 pixels,
crop and paste it as a new layer under your frame layer.
Copy and paste your tube(A close up works best)between your frame layer and paper layer.
Add a drop shadow to it.

4.Make your frame layer active, grab your magic wand, click inside your frame layer
go to selections and invert make your paer layer active and hit delete, now do the same with your
tube layer. Select none.Merge these three layers together, duplicate it,
On the original layer rotate it by 35 degrees to the right.

5.Open he flower doodle and resize it by 35%.
Copy and paste it as a new layer under your paper layer. Dupicae it and flip it, position
both laayers so one is at the top just peeking over your frame layers,
and one is at the bottom just peeking under the frame layers. now Duplicate it again.
Mirror it and move it to the side so that it is just peeking around your rotated frame.
Merge these three dooodle layers together and duplicate it.
on the original doodle layer, apply your favorie blur settting, I used the default
gausian blur.Addd a drop shadow to the duplicated doodle layer.

6.Open and resize the elements of your choice.Copy and paste
them onto your tag as desired.Add a drop shdow to each of them.

7.Add copywright info.

8.Open the alphas for our name, resize the by 35%, and add a drop shadow to each of them.
my settings are:1,-1,50,10,black.
Paste them onto your tag, position them as desired, grab your text tool
and type your name over the alphas you just added.Convert to raster layer and dd your favorite
text effects.

9.If you added a white layer as background(I do this sometimes so I can see what I'm doing sometimes).
delete it before saving as a png.

1. Open template by babe.
Delete copywright layer.
grab your crop tool and crop away the excess canvas.

2.make layer 1 the active layer select all, selections float
selections defloat .
open a paper of choice, copy and close the paper,
go back to the tag you are working on and paste into selection.

3.Make layer 2 the active layer and repeat the steps from above.
leave layer 3 alone.

4.make layer 4 the active layer, go to adjust colorize and colorize the
snowflakes to your desired color
my settings were:
Hue:164 and Saturation:161.

5.Duplicate the snowflakes layer twice, apply
dbs flux bright noise setting at 46.
apply it once to the first layer
twice to the second snowflake layer
and three times to the third snowflake layer.
now sharpen each snowflake layer by going to adjust
sharpen.

6.now make your background layer active,
select all selections float selections deflfloat, selections
modify and contract by 10
selections invert.
add a new layer and move it to the top.
now flood fill with color pattern or grad of choice. Select none.

7.Add youe elemens of choice and add a drop shadow to each of them.
add your tube and add the same drop shadow.

8.type your greeting and add your favorite text effects.
dont forget your copwright.
now add your name and your text effects again.

9.Now its time to animate it.
Hide the second and third snowflake layers and copy merged,
Paste in animation shop as a new animation.
Go back to psp, hide the middle snowflake layer and unhide the bottom
snowflake layer, coy merged again and go back to animation shop and paste
after current frame.
Go back to psp and hide the middle snowflake layer and unhide the top snowflake
layer copy merged, go back to animation shop and paste after current frame.

10.Now view animation and save.

Select none, Apply Gabee mask,
Resize the mask layer by 85%

2.Repeat step 1 with the other mask.Position the smaller mask at the top of the larger mask and move it to the top(see my tag for refeence)Sharpen the top mask once and add a drop shadow or grad glow of choice.

3.Open one of the frames,paste onto your tag,resize it so that it fits nicely at the bottom of your tag, duplicate t twice, arrange the three frames as desired.Merge the three frames togther nd with your magic wand, click nsid each of the frames,
expand the selection x 2.

4.Paste a paper of choice as a new layer and drag it below your frame layer, inver your seletion and hit delete on your keyboard. selections select none. paste your tubes a new layers below the frame layers and above the paper layer. Add your copywright and watermark now.

5.Add your elemens of choice, Play arund with them, by duplicating them and resizing, and mirroring them.Add a drop shadow to each element.

6.Add your name along with your favorite text effects.

7.If you added a white background delete it before saving it as png.

Ok......Ready?

1.Open a paper of choice, copy it.Close the original.Open a new image,
500x500 pixels, select all and edit paste into selection.Select none.

2.Load your mask, and merge group.
Resize the mask by 85%.

3.Open your tubes of choice, I used the ones with the heart cutouts.
Use your eraser tool to erase the ribbons at the top and in the middle of the frames.
Position them as desired. Merge them together, select all, floa and defloat, now
open another paper, resize it to 350x350 pixels, go to effects and apply brush strokes
with the default settings. Copy it, go back to your tag, and paste into selection. Add a drop shadow of choice.

4.Select none, Activate your mask layer, Duplicate it and play around with the mask layers until you are happy with the efects, (I wanted mine to show through the frames)

5.Open your tubes and resize them so they will show nicely inside your frames.
Copy and paste them as new layers behind the frame layer.Use the selection tool, set to rectangle, draw a selection around the heart cutout in your first frame, invert selection. Make our tube layer actie and hit delete on your keyboard.
Repeat with the other tubes.Merge all four tubes nd add a drop shadow.

6.Open the two ribbons you are gona use, resize them and position as desired, use your selection tool or eraser tool to et rid of the ribbons that are outsie of the frames(check out my tag for reference.

7.Now open your elements resize them and paste them onto your tag, position them as desired, add a drop shadow to each.

8.Add your copywright and watermark.

9.Add your name along with any text effects you desire.I added an inner bevel nd a drop sadow.

10. save it as a png

Ok......Ready?

1.Open The template and shift D to duplicate it.Close the original.Delete the top layer, the one with the copywright info.

2.Add a new raster layer, and fill it with a paper, or a color to match your tube.Load the mask

and merge group.Use your deform tool to stretch the mask to the edges of your canvas but be sure not to cut off any of the edges of the mask.

3.Make the frames layer the active layer. With your magic wand click inside the first frame, you will have to click more than onceto select all of it. Expand the selection x 2. Paste one of the papers invert selection and hit delete on the keyboard.

4.Select none.Repeat on the rest of the frames.

5.paste your tubes as new layers. repeat the above steps to put the faces inside the frames.

6.Merge down the hanging ropes with the frames, colorize themmy settings were:Hue 19 and sat 126.

7.Add a black border 2 pixels, add a white border also 2 pixels. Add another border 10 pixels and make a light color to match youe tag.Add another white border 2 pixels and another black border 2 pixels.

8.grab your magic wand and click inside the colored border, go to effects, reflection effects and apply kaleidoscope:
Keep it selected and add an inner bevel:

9.Keep it slected and add noise:

10. Repeat the inner bevel. Add this drop shadow:

11.Select none.Resize your tag, mke sure all layers is checked
I resized mine so rhe width was 500 pixels.

12. Add the Copywright and Watermark, Type your name and apply the same drop shadow as before.

13. Save it as a jpeg.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image 600x600 ~transparent.Flood fill it with white so you can better see whats going on with your tag.
2.open a paper Resize it 500x500 pixels.
3.Copy and paste The film strip tube as a new layer onto your tag.Give it a drop shadow of choice.
4.Paste your paer below the film strip tube, Use your selection tool, set to recangle to draw a selection around the filmstrip tube, go selections invert, make the paper layer

the active layer and hit delete on your keyboard.
5.Select none and merge the two layers together, rotate the layer by 20 degrees to the right.Duplicate it,

mirror it and position it as desired.
6.Add the elements of choice, resizing them and adding a drop shadow to each of them.
7.Type your name, convert to a raster layer,select all, float, defloat, modify contract x 1.
8.Add an inner bevel of choice, then add noise amount 50 monochrome and uniform ticked.
9.add the same innner bevel again. Select none and then add a drop shadow: 3,3,11,5 black.repeat the drop shadow changing the h and v to -3.
1o.Add your copywright and watermark now.
11.If you added a white background delete it before saving it as png.

1. Open a new image 650x250 ~transparent.Flood fill it with white so you can better see whats going on with your tag.

2.open 5 papers resize 2 of them by 25% and the other 3 x 35% Add borders of white to each 10 pixels.

3.Copy and paste each onto your tag.use the deform tool to shape and resize them.Add a drop shadow of choice to each.

4.add the elements of choice, resize them and add a drop shadow to each of them.

5.open a doodle of choice below all the paper layers. add a drop shadow if desired.

6.choose a scripty font and type your name.

7. convert to a raster layer,select all, float, defloat, modify contract x 1.

8.Add an inner bevel of choice, then add noise amount 50 monochrome and uniorm ticked.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image 600x400 ~transparent.Flood fill it with white so you can better see whats going on with your tag.

2.Add new raster fill it with color of choice,load mask from image.merge group.

3.Copy and paste the frame as a new layer. Resize x 75% twice.Add a Drop shadow of choice. duplicate x 2, and position the three frames as desired.

4.Open the ribbon copy and paste it as a new layer, resize it and position as desired, add a drop shadow.

5.paste staples or stick pin as new layer,add drop shdow duplicate it and mirror it.position as desired.

6.paste the three characters, or your tubes of choice. as new layers.drag them below the frames.add a drop shadow, to each. with the freehand selection tool,draw a selection around the part of the tubes showing from the bottom of the first frame, make the character the active layer and hit delete.select none, and then on the same character tube, select the parts of the tube you want to be outside of the frame, on your layer pallette, right click on the character tube, and promote selection to layer,go back to the same caracter tube and hit delete move the promoted selection above the frame.so part of the tube is below the frame and part is above.

7. Repeat with the other 2 tubes and frames if using the characters from the kit,you will need to resize some of them I resized by 75% twice. you may want the tubes to be larger.

8.Add the elements, resize them and add a rop shadowto each.

9.Add the alph letters to make up your name.resize them x 85% and add a drop shadow to each of them cluster them how ever you would like.

10.Add your copywright and watermark now.

11.If you added a white background delete it before saving it as png.

~Mura Miester-copies

~A doodle and a flower (opyional) from a scrap kit

~And a mask of choice.I used this one:

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image 500x500 ~transparent.Flood fill it with a dark color of choice.

2.Load your msk and merge group.

3.Paste your doodle, resize it as desired, Duplicate, mirror and flip it.

4.Paste your flower,as a new layer on top of your doodle, or use your preset shapes tool to draw a shape, instead of using a flower.Duplicate it, mirror and flip it, position the doodles and shapes as desired.

5.Grab your preset shapes toolset to rectangle, f/g white, b/g set to black, stroke width set at 2.Draw a large square in the middle of your canvas.Duplicate it and resize it by 85%. Position it in the middle of Grab your magic wand and cick inside the smaller rectangle, expand you selection x 1 and fill it with a color to match your tag. Select none, merge down.Rotate it to te right

by 20 degrees.

6.Draw another rectangle(This will be the bottom rectangle.)repeat the steps above.

7.grab your magic wand and selec the inside color of one of your rectangles and apply a texture effect of your choice. I applied blinds with these settings:

8.Repeat the texture effect on the other rectangle.

9.Type "Lil' Angel. b/g black, f/g null. apply it, position it in the bottom rectangle, duplicate it and position it beside the first text layer, refer to my tag.

10.Convert those layers to raster and merge them down when you are happy with the placement of them.

11.Now type "I'm a lil' angel" very small and go to Mura Miester-copies and apply the line setting.

then go back to the same filter only use these settings:

12.Make the large rectangle your active lyer,grab your magic wand and click outside of the rectangle. ow make the tiled layer the activr layer,

Hit delete on your keyboard to get rid of the words that are outside the rectangle.

13.Paste your tube and add a drop shadow of choice.Here are my settings:

14.Add your Copywright info and watermark now.

15.Type your name, in a scripty font. b/g black, f/g null. Convert to raster.Add a white grad glow,

and then the same drop shadow from before.

16.Resize all layers by 75%

17. If you added a white background delete it before saving it as a png.

~DBS Flux Bubbles (optional)

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image 600x600 ~transparent.
Flood fill it with a dark color of choice.

2.Add a new Raster layer.Flood Fill it with the same color only a medium shade.

3.Add another one and fill it with a light shade of the same color.

4.Make the top layer the active layer.Load your mask, and merge group.

5 make the middle layer active, load the same mask,
Merge group and rotate it to the right 20 degrees.

6.Make the bottom layer active and load the mask again,
merge group. and this time rotate it by 45 degrees to the right.

7. Go back to the top mask layer, and select all, selections float then selections defloat, go to effects, DBSFlux Bubbles with the default settings.select none, repeat this on the other two mask layers. (If you ont have BS Flux, just use a texture you like)

8.With your preset shapes tool,set to rounded Rectangle.Your foreground color black,background null.Stroke width set at 2,draw a rectangle,a little smaller than the mask layers.Convert it to Raster,Grab your magic wand and click inside the rectangle, expand your selection by 1 pixel,
add a new raster layer, and drag it below your rectangle. Fill the selection on the new layer with a bright color.

9.With the preset shapes and the same settings as before. draw a long, skinny rectangle, position to the side of the big rectangle, duplicate it, mirror and flip the duplicate
position all three in the middle of the mask layers, (Refer to my tag)

10Add your tube, and a drop shdow, drag it under the large rectangle, use your selecction tool to select the part you want to delete, and hit delete on your keyboard, I also had to use the eraser tool to erase the corners.

11.Add your copywright and watermark now

12.Grab you text tool, and a scripty type font
and add your text along with your favorite effects.
Add your name i used the same font just reversed the colors.

13.If you added a white background delete it before saving it as png.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image 500x500 ~transparent.

2.Add a new Raster layer.Flood Fill itwith a color from your tube.

3.Go to layers, new mask layer and choose the mask from the drop down menu.Load the maskMerge group

4.Duplicate the group layer.With the duplicate layer the active layer Rotate 90 degrees, and drag it beneath the group layer.then go to effects Mosaic antique:

then go to effects again and apply mosaic glass:

5.Add a drop shadow of choiceto both mask layers,resize the top mask layer by 85%. Lower the opacity on the original mask layer to 30. and the copy to 50.

6.Open the hearts tube, Paste the hearts as a new layer and add a drop shadow:
Duplicate it and mirror it, position the two layers around your tube till you are satisfied, it should look like a circle or oval when you are finished.

7.Paste your tube as a new layer.Add the drop shadow from before.

8.With your preset shapes tool,set to elipse.Your foreground color black,background null.Stroke width set at 2,draw a circle,a little smaller than the mask layers.While it is still a vector,Grab your text tool andyour chosen font.Move your mouse over the elipse,until you see the A with the half circle under it.Type your text and apply.
Use the nodes to position it,when happy with it,click on the + sign beside itin the layer pallette.It will open to reveal 2 layers.Hide the elipse layer.

9.Now for the gel effect on the text.I love this effect....here they are:
inner bevel:add noise Amount 39 Monochrome and uniform checked.
Then repeat the inner bevel agin and the drop shadow from before.

10.Add the bow that i have
included in the zip, and the other elements of your choice.
And a drop shadow of choice,to each element.

11.At this point Add your watermark and any copywrights that are needed.

12.if you made a white background, delete it before saving as a png.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image 500x500 ~

2.open a paper of choice,resize it to 500X500 pixels.
Load mask, Merge group.

3.Copy and paste it as a new layer.

4.Resize it if desired, i did x 85%.

5.paste your tube as a new layer, resize if needed.

6.Grab your dropper tool to choose a olor from your tube.

7.Click on the color in the layer pallettenote the H and S numbers, Go to adjust Hue and saturation colorize and insert those numbers.

8.Open one of the stars, resize it x 35% repeat if desired, go to adjust, add noise, amount set at 50 monochrome selected, and random selected.

9.Add an inner beve, and a drop shadow.with these settings:

10.Duplicate and resize it x 85% Duplicate the smaller star and resize it again.Position the 3 stars.Merge them so they are on the same layer.Duplicate this layer 3 times and position as desired.merge all the star layers till your happy with them,duplicate it again, and move it up slightly.

11.Now we are gonna colorize again.Colorize one star layer with the settngs you used on your maska nd choose another color from your tube to colorie the other star layer, I mae one of my layers the blue i used in the mask

and the other layer red.

12.paste the rope bow as a new layer,and rag it below yor star layers, add the same inner bevel and colorize it a color to match your tag, i did it the same blue.Add the same drop shadow.

13. Add copywright and your watermark.

14. Grab Text tool, Set fg black, stroke 2.And set the bg to a color from your Tube.Type your name, in a fat font, I used showcard gothic size 48. Convert it to a raster layer, Use your magic wand to seect inside all your letters. Contract the selection x 2 and add noise as before

and the same innner bevel.Select none and ad the same drop shadow.

15.Choose another font, set the fg null and the bg black and type "I pledge Allegiance"convert it to a raster layer and add your favorite text effects.

16.if you made a white layer delete it before saving it as a png.

6.Open one of the ribbons and resize it.paste it as a new layer,duplicate it, mirror and flip it to make the frame,merge the two ribbon layers,add a light drop shadow.

7.Now add some more elements, add a light drop shadow to each of them.

8.Add your text or wor art, add your favorite text effects.

9.Paste your tube as a new layer, below the ribbon frame you made, add a drop shadow.

10.grab your magic wand and click inside the frame,expand the selection x 2invert the selection, make the tube layerthe active layer and hit delete on your keyboard.

11.Grab your text tool.make your fg null and your bg a color to match your tag,select your font,

I used pristina size set at 72. Type your name and add your favorite text effects,I added an inner bevel, then a slight grad glow and then a light drop shadow.

12.Hide the bottom layer and save it as a png.

Ok......Ready?

1.Open 2 papers.Shift+D to duplicate.Resize your solid paper to 600x600.

2.Grab your Rectangle tool stroke width set at 5. Make the f/g a solid color to match your tube or second paper. Draw a rectangle 100 x 500.

3.Give it this inner bevel:

and then give it thisdrop shadow:

4.Duplicate it and flip it.

5.Draw another rectangle longer and fatter than the other two.position it in the middle of your two smaller ones.Repeat the inner bevel and Drop Shadow fom before.
Merge the three rectangles ,when they are positioned like you want them.

6. Grab your Magic wand and select inside each square,
should look like this:
you can see in the screen shot that i used the raster deform tool to make the rectangle longer.

7.Expand selection x 4.Copy your second paper, this one should be a pattern of some kind,add a new raster layer and drag it below the three rectangle layer. Now, paste into selection.

8. Go to Effects, texture effects, antique mosaic (default settings)Select none.

9.Draw a large square same setings as before.

10.Repeat the inner bevel and drop shadow from before.Duplicate it,on the originalone, grab raster deform tool and stretch it till it is longer, and narrower than the top square, refer to my tag.

11.make your top square the active layer,grab the magic wand, click inside the square, expand again.

12. Add another new raster layer, paste the patterned paper into selection, drag this layer below your top square,select none merge down.

13.Make the second square layer active, repeat above, but fill it with the first paper,merge down, and selet none.

14.make bottom layer active,select all, contract x 10 invert the selection

15.Add a new layer, fill selection with color of rectangles leave selected, repeat the inner bevel and drop shadow again. select none, move this layer to the top.

16.this is what you should have now:

17Resize your tag with these settings:

18. Now just add your elements an tube, I gave them all the same drop hadow as before.

19. Be sure to add appropriate copywright.

20.Now just add the word art and your name, with the text effects you like.
I did the same inner bevel and drop shadow as before.

21. Save it as a jpeg. and your done!

5.Duplicate the copy, and rotate it to the right x 20 degrees. And change the blend mode to Multiply.

6.on the original mask layer go to effects, texture effects and apply mosiac antique,using the default settings.

7.With your Preset Shapes set to rectangle.Line width 3, foreground black and Background null , draw a square, duplicate 3 timesposition as desired, see my tag if needed Merge together the 4 squares.

8.Open criss cross ribbon, resize it by 50% twice and then sharpen it.paste it onto your tag and position it in the middle of thr squares

9.paste the flower pendant as a new layer, resize it x 35% add a light grad glow, duplicate it and then mirror it. Add a light drop shadow.

10.Select all, selections float, selections defloat, then modify selections, and contract by whatever your stroke width was.apply an inne bevel or eye candy glass. Select none. Add the sme light drop shadow, that you used for your tube.

11.Open the diamond shaped gem and resize it by x 35%. Paste it onto your tag right in the middle of the 4 squares.Sharpen it once.

12.Add any other elements you would like to, resize them, and give each of them the drop shadow of choice.

13. With your selection tool, set to rectangle draw a rectangle around one of the squares,paste one of your tubes,as a new layer, invert the selection and hit delete on your keyboard. repeat with the rest of the tubes. Add a light drop shadow to each tube and one to the frame layer also.

14. Add your Copywright and watermark now.

15. Grab your text tool, Foregrund null, background black, I used kind of a scripty font, called PristinaType your name add an inner beve and the light drop shadow you have been using.And then a gad glow.Position it in the 4th square, or wherever you would like.

16.hide the bottom layer, and save it as a png.

Ok......Ready?

1.Open The template and shift D to duplicate it.Close the original.Delete the top layer, the one with the copywright info.

2.Add a new raster layer, and fill it with black, or a color to match your kit.Make raster 8 your active layer(the Dotted rectangle)select all, selections float selections defloat, selections invert.Now make your new black layer active and hit delete on your keyboard. Merge down

3.Merge raster 7 down wih layer 5 (the Hot and the arrow layers). Open one of the papers,paste it on top of the merged layer, make the merged layer the active layer, select all, float, defloat, invert, make paper layer active and hit delete. Merge down.

4.Make copy of raster 2 layer the active layer and merge down with rasteer layer 2.Paste the same paper as a new layer, repeat the above steps, merge down.Continue to do this untill all the template layers are filled.Merging down as you go so you dont end up with double layer.

5.Paste your tube and resize if needed. I resized mine x 115 % make sure all layers is unchecked.

6.Click on the bottom white layer an select all, go selections and inver.Now make your paper layers active and hit delete on your keyboard.Continue doing this until you have done all the layers, this will get rid of the parts of the paoer that you cant see.

7.Add your Copywright and your watermark.

8.Add the default drop shadow to layers 6 and copy of raster 6.

9.Grab your text tool, and your chosen font, type 2 2 b 4gotten.position it around the word hot that is already there. once happy with the positioning. Add an inner bevel, and a light drop shadow then repeat the shadow, changing the h and v to minus what you used before.then add a light grad glow

10.Add the same bevel to the arrow layer and the same grad glow.

11. Add the jewel elements resized to pretty small, Sharpen them, add a drop shadow.Merge them together, position them as desired,I duplicated them and then flipped them and coninued doing this until I had 4 sets.Position them as desired.

12.Add one of the doodle under the last of the template layers, duplicate it once, mirror and flip it, position it as desired.

13.Resize X75%, All layers Checked.Crop away any excess canvas from around your tag. But be sure you dont crop any of the shadow.
Hide the bottom white layer and save as a png.

Ok......Ready?

1.Open a new image 600x600. Flood fill it white.

2.Open one of your papers and resize it to 600x600. Copy and pase it as a new layer.

3.Load your mask.Merge group and then resize the mask layer X75%

4.Open the pink flowers and resize hem by 75%, copy and paste them as a new layer, resize again if needed.add a drop shdow of choice, position in the lower right corner, duplicate it and go image mirror andthen image flip, so its in the upper left corner.

5.Paste your tube as a new layer and resize it as desiredAdd a light drop shadow of choice.

6.Add the elements of choice, resize and position as desired.add a drop shadow to each of them.

7.Add your Copywright and your watermark.

8.Make your tube layer active, go to effects, plugins, eyecandy, grad glow and add a small white glow to your tube.

9.Grab your text tool, and your chosen font, I used Times new romance, size 60. stroke width 2. Make your foeground color a darkone , that matches your tag, and make the background color a lighter shade of the foreground color.Tpe your text,then convert to raster.

10.Select all, selections float, selections defloat, then modify selections, and contract by whatever your stroke width was.apply an inner bevel or eye candy glass. Select none. Add the same light drop shadow, that you used for your tube.

11.Now add the same grad glow as before.

12.Resize X75%, All layers Checked.Crop away any excess canvas from around your tag. Hide the bottom white layer and save as a png.

Ok......Ready?

1. open a new image 500x500. Flood fill it white.

2.Open a paper of choice. I used paper tc_40, now resize it to 500X500, copy and paste it onto your new image.

3.Load your mask , Merge group. Resize the mask layer X 85%

4.Duplicate mask,on original mask layer go blur~Gausian blur set at 50 on duplicated mask layer add a drop shadow with these settings -2,2,30,2, blk.

5.Now just add the elements of choice, resize them and add a drop shadow to each of them.

6.Add your tube and Copywright.

7.Make the original mask layer the active layer, copy and paste it as a new layer,take your crop tool and crop the new image so that only the very middle is there, for best results,make it about 150 pixels.8.Make your top layer the active layer. Grab your text tool, choose your font, and in your foreground box, make it pattern set to the image you just croped, it should be the first one in the drop down box. I set the angle to 45,but thats up to you. Set the stroke width to 2, and make the background color black. Type your quote, convert it to Raster layer.

9. Go to selections and select all, selections float and then defloat, now go to selections and modify your selection by contracting it by 2 (The stroke width).

10. add an inner bevel of choice, select none.now add a drop shadow, my settings were:-2,2,30,2, black then repeat it only changing it to 2-,2,30,2, black.

11. grab your text tool again, make your foreground color null, keep the background black, type your name, convert toa raster layer, position it as desired, and lastly go o effects, 3-D effects, buttonize wth the default settings. I resized all layers X 75%.

Save it as a JPEG.

5.Now just add the elements of choice, add a drop shadow to each of them.

6.Add your tube and Copywright.

7.Add your name and your favorite text effects.

1. open a new canvas 700x700~transparent. Flood fill it white.

2.open a frame and paper of your choice, paste them as new layers onto your canvas.

3.Make your frame layer the active layer, Grab your magic wand and click inside the frame layer.Expand your selection X 6 pixels. now invert the selection, make your paper layer active now and hit delete n your keyboard,Do not deselect yet.

4.Paste your tube or image as a new layer, below your frame layer,Position it as desired, When happy with it, hit delete again, getting rid of the excess tube.Now you can deselect.Add a drop shadow of choice to the frame layerGo back to the paper layer, Duplicate it and activate the original paper layer, go to adjust, add blur with these settings:

5.Now resize that layer X 105% twice.Duplicate that layer and rotate ithe duplicate layer X 90 degrees to the right

6.On the original paper layer, add your favorie texture effect and change the blend mode to multiply.Merge the paper layers.

7.Add the elements of choice, resizing them as desired, I resized X 60%, then sharpened them and added a drop shadow to each of them.

8.Add your Copywright and watermark now, so you dont forget.

9.Grab your text tool and the font you have chosen, and type a saying of your choice, then add this drop shadow:

10.Now add your name along with any effects you would likeI added this innner bevel:

then I added the drop shadow above.

4.Duplicate the mask layer twice, go to adjust and add noise to the mask layer amount @33, Gausian and monochrome ticked.Apply noise with these settings to the other two mask layers, only increasing the amount by 3 on each layer.

5.Open your frame of choice, crop away the excess canvas from around your frame, resize it as desired, grab your magic wand and click on the grey parts of your frame, fill it with color, paper of your choice, i used a black and red gradient.Add an inner bevel while still selected.now deselect. and add a drop shadow of choice. Copy and paste it onto your working canvas, Rotate it X 12 degrees to the right.

6.Add the elements of choice, resize and position as desired.

7.add your text or tube to a new layer. Drag it under your frame layer.

8.Add your tube, resize and position, add a drop shadow.

9.Add your Copywright, and watermark at this time.

10. Now its time to animate, Hide the top two mask layers.Copy merged then paste it into animation shop. Go back to psp and hide the first mask layer, unhide the middle mask layer,copy merged and go back to animation shop and paste it after current layer. Go back to animation shop and hide the middle mask layer, and unhide the third mask layer, copy merged and and go back to animation shop and paste it after current frame.

12.Still in animatiion Shop go to edit and select all, now go to animatiion and change the frame properties to 15.

View animation and save.

Apply the effect to the other mask layers only hit random seed once each time.

5.Paste your tube as a new layer and resize it as desiredAdd a drop shadow of choice.

6.Add the elements of choice, resize and osition as desired.I added noise to a few of the flowers.

7.To add noise, Duplicate the layer twice, so you have 3 layers.Make the first layer activeUse your magic wand or selection tool to select the part you would like to add noise to.go to adjust, add noise with these settings or play around with settings of your choice:

8.use the same settngs on the other 2 layers, only increase the amount X 3 on each layer.Or use the setings of your choice.9.Grab your text tool and the font you have chosen, and type "Sassy one". Convert it to raster layer, apply any text effects you like I used an inner bevel and a drop shadow. Position it as desired.Then type"Stylish &". Convert it to a raster layer and apply the same text effects. position it as desired, I rotated X90 degrees, to the right.Next type "Chic" and again convert it to taster and apply the same text effects and position it as desired.

10. add your Copywright and your watermark.

11. Now its time to animate, Hide the top two mssk layers and also the top two noise layers.and Copy merged then paste it into animation shop. Go back to psp and hide the first mask layer, unhide the middle mask layer, also hide the first noise layer and unhide he middle noise layer, copy merged and go bsck to animation shop and paste it after current layer. Go back to animation shop and hide he middlle layers, and unhide the third layers, copy merged and and go back to animation shop and paste it after current frame.

12.Still in animation Shop go to edit and select all, now go to animatiion and change the frame properties to 20.

View animation and save.

2.paste your tube as a new layer, resize it as needed, I used these settings:

3.grab your Selection tool, you can use whatever shape you want, I chose star 2.Draw a large selection around your tube, paste a paper of choice below your tube layer,go to selections and invert the selection, make sure you paper layer is active, hit delete.

4.Invert the selection again and modify x 5 pixels.

Now go to effects~artistic Effects~Brush Strokes with these settings:

now you can deselect.go to effects~edge effects and enhance.

5.Duplicae the star layer, and resize it using these the same settings as before.

6.Duplicate the copy and resize the new duplicated layer.Merge all three star layers.Now duplicate the star layer again and rotate it to the right x 40 degrees Duplicate the rotated layer and rotate it again with the same settings,merge the star layers again.Duplicate it and on the original layer, go to effects~Artistic effects~Chrome with the default settngs.

7.On the Duplicated layer, resize it x 85%, and merge the star layers agian.Duplicate the star layer again and resize the duplicated layer x 85% again.

8.now give your bottom star layer and your tube layer this drop shadow:

9.add elements of choice and give them each the above drop shadow or one of your choice.

10. add your Copywright and your watermark.

11. Add your name and any text effects you desire.Hide your bottom layer and save as a png your done.

1. open the mask, and minimize it for now.

2.Depending on how many hearts you want(I did 4).Open the papers you want...I chose 2 pink and 2 red.go to layers~new mask layer~from image, and load the heart mask or one of your choice,once its loaded merge group and repeat this step on the rest of your chosen papers.

3.Copy and paste these hearts onto a new image (700x700 White).Add this drop shadow to each mask layer after pasting it on the new image:

4.Resize each of the mask layers,(I did them x 75% twice).Then rotate each one x 20 degrees.then play around with the positioning of them.

5.Open the pink and red heart frames, resize them like you did the mask layers.Paste them as a new layer and position them as desired,Add this drop shadow:

6.resize and paste the elements of choice, adding the above drop shadow to them, Add your tube and the same drop shadow.

8.Type your name and add the effects you desire.

9.Hide the background layer and save it as a png and your done!

4.Paste your tube of choice as a new layer and go to selections and invert.Now making sure your tube layer is active,hit delete on your keyboard. Select none.

5.Add a drop shadow to your tube and then position as desired.Add any elements you desire now and apply the same drop shadow that you used before.

6.Paste several more tubes from the same artist adding a drop shadow to each individually, resize them as needed.

8.Add your name and any other text you would like.

9.grab your preset shapes tool set to elipse, background null, draw a circle the same size of your frame layer,now grab your text tool and type a quote of your choice.Now on your layer pallette, click the little plus sign beside your vector layer,and hide the elipse layer.Convert the vector layer to raster.Add the effects of choice.

10.Hide the background layer and save it as a png and your done!

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image500x500 Color of choice (I used white, so I could see what I was doing.lol).add a new layer and fill it with a color of choice.

2.Load mask, merge group.

3.paste the round flower frame and use your raster deform tool to make it the shape you want, I wanted it to fit nicely around the mask layer.

4.Add your elements of choice and add a drop shadow to each.

5.Position them as desired.I put some below the frame layer and some above.Its completely up to you.

6.Paste your tube as a new layer, resize as needed and apply a drop shadow.

8.Add your name and any other text you would like.

9.Apply any text effects you desire.

10.Hide the background layer and save it as a png and your done!

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image500x500 White.Paste your paper of choice as a new layer.

2.Paste a frame of choice as a new layer and resize as needed.

3.With your magic wand, click inside the frame, go to selections and expand it by 2 pixels.

4.Add a new layer and drag it below the frame layer,paste a paper of choice into the selection on the new layer.

5.Leave it selected and add another new layer,go to 3-D effects ~ Cutout:

6.leave it selected and go to image, rotate the whole image X 90 Degrees twice.

7.Add another new layer and repeat the cut out.

8.Deselect.

I used these settingw:

10. Add elements of choice and the same drop shadow to each element.

11. When you are happy with your tag, go to image and add a border,1pixel in a dark color of choice, I used black.

Now add another border of 5 pixels a light color from your tube,add another 1 pixel border the same color as your first one.

12. With your magic wand click inside the light border and apply any effects you would likeI did this inner bevel:

13.Add your name and the text effects you desire. And you are done!

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image 600x600 White.

2.Grab your text tool and find your chosen font I used one

called Fatso. Line width set to 5. F/g color a dark color of choice and the background null.Type your name. Convert to raster.

3.Click inside each letter, modify expand x 3 and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.invert selections and make sure your paper layer is the active layer and hit delete on your key board to get rid of all the excess paper.

4.Now make your name outline the active layer and duplicate it,Drag the duplicated layer below the paper layer.On the top layer (name outline) apply eyecandy 4000 grad. glow with these settings

The color tab:

and the basic tab:5.Now give the layer this drop shadow:

6.Now we will work on the duplicated name layer,go to eyecandy impact and choose the extrude filter with these settings:

7.you can use a texture effect on this layer if desired.I used penta color dot with these settings:

8.Now go back to the top name outline, click on, only the outline with your magic wand

Once all the letters outilines are seleted go to effectes, texture effects and choose a texture of your choic,I used these settings:Repeat this step and then go to edge effects and enhanceSelect none.

to the tube and the elements in my tag:

10. make the bottom white layer the active layer and paste your paper layer again as a new layer.Apply your mask and merge group.

11. Apply the elements of choice, and the same drop shadow as used in step 9 or your choice of shadow12.

Hide the bottom white layer and save as a png.

Ok......Ready?

1. Open a new image500X500 White.

2.Paste a paper of choice as a new layer on top of the white background layer

3.Load your mask or the one I have provided.Merge group.

4.Open one of the ribbons, and copy and paste it as a new layer,Position it at the top of your image,duplicate it and go image, flip.now duplicate it again and go to image rotate, to the left x 90.make sure that all layers is not checked.position the rotated ribbon on the left side,duplicate it and go to image, mirror.position all 4 ribbons as desired.

5.Merge the ribbon layers, and add a drop shadow of choice or my settings:

6.Now add your tube of choice, and drop shadow of choice,

7.Grab your text tool and add a saying of choice along with any text effects you would like.

Now its time to add your name,I chose a scripty font for this, and here are the effects I used:

First an inner bevel:Next I added noise:Then I used Eye candy 3 and added a glass effect:and last I added this drop shadow the same drop shadow from before.

9. Save as a jpeg and you are done.
